RENT ROLL INSTRUCTIONS
Please complete as follows:
1) For each rental unit, show the tenant's (lessee's) name - see example.
2) Indicate the rented space number or other I.D you use.
3) For each rental unit, show the total square feet of each space. Use a good estimate if you don't have a blueprint - see example.
4) For each lease space, show the beginning and ending dates of the lease - see example.
5) For each rental unit, show the base unit monthly rent as of the date shown at the top of the attached Rent Roll. If the unit is owner-occupied, or rent free, write the phrase "owner-occupied" or rent-free" in place of the rental amount. If the unit is vacant, write the word "asking" in place of the rental amount and also show the asking rent for the vacant unit - see example.
6) For each unit, show any additional rent charges such as utilities, prorata taxes, common area maintenance or other costs paid to you by tenant.
